1. Non-returnable and non-exchangeable products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are not accepted for return or exchange:

2. Acceptable return situations
If your product meets the following conditions, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product to process the return:
- The product is found to be severely damaged or deteriorated when received (photos must be provided as proof)
- The received product does not match the order content
3. Return process
If your product meets the return conditions, please follow the steps below to apply for a return:
- Please provide order number, problem description and photos via email or customer service form.
- We will respond to your return request within 3 working days
- If the return is approved, please send the item back as instructed.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the refund within 7 working days.
4. Refund Method
The refund will be refunded to the original payment method (such as credit card, electronic payment, etc.).
Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
