With the spirit of continuous improvement, they set up their own factory in Yuen Long and have been there for many years, bringing delicious preserved meat products to Hong Kong citizens.

Jiaxiang believes that good Chinese sausage is not only delicious food, but also a kind of cultural heritage. Therefore, Jiaxiang adheres to the traditional production method, uses the best quality raw materials, fresh pork and spices, and meets safety and hygiene standards to ensure that every Chinese sausage produced has the unique Hong Kong Jiaxiang flavor and quality.
