民國初年,廣州仍是一個華洋雜處的繁華都會,名廚葉柒路先生,本着對食物品質的要求及口味的執著,一生致力推廣中華美食。1959年,兒子葉貫爺爺在香港創立冠華品牌,喻意 “美食冠中華",致力推動香港地道零食文化,設立涼果及食品工場。第三代乃煖人稱煖哥,在深水埗開設革新第一代零食專門店,樓高四層(40呎高)的霓虹光管招牌,成為當年地標 ,至今坊間仍津津樂道;更創立「煖哥廚房」 ,立志將傳統零食口味發揚光大,研發更多創新及合時的食品,並制作「涼果入饌」食譜,將傳統零食融入生活文化中。而現今掌舵人廣哥承傳了家族企業,銳意創新求變,將香港零食,香港味道,推廣至國內及海外市埸,成就冠華為香港的零食文化!
